On Site Birmingham Mon-Friday with travel to client sites
Up to £40,000 + Commission + Car allowance

Are you an experienced Account Manager with a passion for building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service in the print and digital communications industry?
Join a leading UK provider of secure document and communication solutions supporting both public and private sector organisations. With a reputation for precision, reliability, and innovation, they’re growing and are now looking to increase their Account Management team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as the key point of contact for a portfolio of high-value clients
- Managing end-to-end project delivery across print, hybrid mail, and digital communications
- Collaborating with production and technical teams to ensure seamless execution
- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Building long-term partnerships through trust, service excellence, and responsiveness
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in account management within print, hybrid mail, or document solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- Comfortable using CRM and project management tools
- A proactive, client-focused mindset
