Job Responsibilities:
- Operate digital printers and software, including media and toner replenishment after successful completion of Finishing equipment training.
- Pre-cut stock to size using guillotine if required.
- Manipulate files ready for printing.
- Die cutting and stripping pallets of WIP once they are cut and creased.
- Feed and pack on the gluing line.
- Cut samples when needed using the automated CAD table for customer samples and mock-ups.
- Pallet wrap and strap pallets being dispatched.
- Conduct quality checks of products in QA.
- Maintain general tidiness in the production area, washroom, and mezzanine.
- Carry out daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checks on the machines as required.
- Communicate with the office when problems arise or something is required.
- Hand glue samples and small quantity jobs.
- Organise cutting dies in the racking.
- Print case labels and apply them to jobs being dispatched.
- Demonstrate flexibility to help in other areas of the business when required.
