Senior Business Analyst with 8 to 10 years of strong experience. Experience working on Request For Quote (RFQ) workflow and state management system for Flow Structured Products is an advantage. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Pricing within financial technology and a deep understanding of OTC Option pricing, order placement, and structured product trading workflows. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders including traders, developers, and clients ensuring seamless integration and optimisation of Citi Quote with other platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and document business requirements for enhancements to Citi Quote and related systems.
- Work closely with traders, technology teams, and external clients to improve workflow efficiency and system usability.
- Collaborate with development teams to refine system integration with CitiVelocity FIX protocol and email-based RFQ processes.
- Ensure seamless interaction between Citi Quote, EQRMS, SETI, COMET UI, and CFORE for pricing, booking, and hedging operations.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose strategic solutions for automation and Straight Through Processing (STP).
- Provide comprehensive functional specifications for technical teams and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and work on continuous improvements based on user feedback.
- Prepare training materials and conduct sessions for internal teams and external users to enhance adoption.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong experience in Pricing within the financial domain.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, business, computer science, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in financial markets, derivatives, or trading technology.
- Strong understanding of OTC Options, RFQ workflows, and electronic trading platforms.
- Experience working with FIX protocol, CitiVelocity, and structured product booking mechanisms.
- Proficiency in business analysis techniques, requirement gathering, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with automation, risk management systems, and STP processes is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organisational skills.
