We are thrilled to partner with our client, a well-established and multi-award-winning independent Sales & Lettings agency. With their continued expansion, we are looking for a passionate Lettings Negotiator to join this vibrant and forward-thinking team.

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will join a friendly, experienced team with a wealth of industry knowledge. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn, develop, and gradually take on more responsibilities as you grow within the business. The team is fun, energetic, and full of personality, and we are looking for someone to bring their enthusiasm and character to the role! No previous lettings experience is required, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Registering new applicants and handling inquiries.
  • Conducting property viewings and providing prospective tenants with property details.
  • Carrying out moving appointments and key releases for tenants.
  • Negotiating move-in dates, rent terms, and furnishings between tenants and landlords.
  • Collecting and managing necessary documentation for tenant referencing.
  • Booking valuations for the Senior Negotiator/Valuer.
  • Managing and maintaining records of applicants and properties.
Key Skills:
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in lettings or estate agency (preferred but not essential).
  • A full, clean drivers license and access to your own vehicle.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen interest in property and lettings.
Package:

£25,000 - £28,000
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:00pm
30 days annual leave including bank holidays
Funded industry exams, full training provided.
