The Role

As Senior Sales Consultant / Supervisor , you’ll support the Showroom Manager in delivering an impeccable customer experience and maintaining the high standards our clientele expect. You'll play a key role in driving in-store sales, supporting eCommerce and social media activity, and helping lead a small, close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional luxury experience to every client, in-store and online
• Support the day-to-day running of the showroom and uphold visual merchandising standards
• Take ownership of sales opportunities and consistently meet performance targets
• Contribute to the management and growth of the brand’s social media presence
• Assist with eCommerce operations and international order fulfilment
• Respond to customer queries with polish and professionalism
• Build lasting relationships with VIP and high-net-worth clients
• Act as a trusted brand ambassador at all times

What You will Bring:

• Experience in luxury retail at Senior Sales, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager level
• Strong interpersonal skills and a confident, customer-first mindset
