Your Mission:

  • Boost Sales: Help us hit our annual sales targets with stellar admin support.
  • Stay Organized: Keep our documents, reports, and trackers in perfect order.
  • Report Like a Pro: Deliver timely and accurate sales reports and audit results.
  • Invoice Wizardry: Handle weekly partner invoicing and month-end budget analysis.
  • Customer Champion: Manage bespoke terms and conditions requests with finesse.
  • Communicate Clearly: Craft and distribute precise communications.
  • RFP Guru: Master the hotel RFP process and keep everything running smoothly.
  • Rate Management: Load preferential rates accurately.
  • Diary Dynamo: Assist senior leaders with diary management and meeting coordination.
  • Record Keeper: Maintain secure and up-to-date records on our shared drive.
  • Data Whiz: Log and file data meticulously.

What You Bring:

  • Experience in admin support, especially in sales and marketing.
  • Organisational skills that are second to none.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
