Senior Property Manager

What will you be doing?

• Managing day-to-day operations across a portfolio of residential and commercial properties
• Building strong tenant and landlord relationships, handling issues promptly
• Conducting regular property inspections and ensuring compliance with Scottish property laws
• Preparing budgets, monitoring financial performance, and managing expenses
• Leading and mentoring a small property management team

What do you need?

• At least 3 years’ property management experience, including 2 years in a senior or leadership role
• Solid understanding of leases, budgeting, and property compliance in Scotland
• Proficiency in property management software (SME, Fixflow, Inventorybase)
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Ability to commute to EH10 4ER and UK work authorisation
