Due to the success and growth of our Engineering and Nuclear Energy delivery team, Bridgwater and Taunton College are looking for outstanding individuals to join our team. Working with regional and National employers such as EDF, MoD and the National Grid, the post holder will join us at an exciting time as we support our employer partners to build the workforce they need for the future.
Salary - £35,713 - £43,301 per annum. £5,000 Golden Hello with Qualifying Criteria. Support Towards Relocation Costs Available Plus 28.7% Employer pension Contribution.
The successful candidate will ideally have relevant skills or knowledge in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering gained through education and applied industry practical experience. We welcome applications from individuals without educational sector experience as support and training will be given to the successful candidate. Existing training or educational sector experience would be an advantage. Most importantly, you will be a great team player, and be motivated and committed to ensuring all learners maximise their potential, deliver impact within their organisations and are fully prepared to embark on the next stage of their career journey.

Our most recent addition is the new £15 million National College for Nuclear that provides a state-of-the-art engineering training facility.
