Maintenance Engineer Location: Worcester Salary: Basic £37,260 per annum + £1.83 per hour shift allowance (PM week), equivalent to £1,784.25 per annum. Hours per week: 37.5 hours (double days rotational) Role Overview We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our Worcester team. This role will be responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, optimizing operational efficiency, and reducing downtime by implementing effective maintenance processes. Key Responsibilities Execute planned preventative maintenance schedules. Attend and resolve breakdowns efficiently to minimize production disruption. Assist in developing and improving maintenance strategies. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards in all maintenance activities. Support projects for equipment installation and system improvements. Provide mentorship to junior staff and assist in upskilling the team. Skills & Qualifications
