Long term team with supportive management | 6 month rolling contract | Flexibility (Condensed hours if needed) | £500 referral bonus, We are currently looking for an experienced Child Protection social worker to join an established and long term team in the South of Wales, Within this role you will play a critical role in providing tailored support to children with disabilities and their families. You will assess needs, develop care plans, and work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
