Rate of Pay : £12.00 per hour (weekdays) £12.30 per hour (Saturdays and Sundays) Main Responsibilities As a Support Worker, your role will adapt to the specific needs of the clients you work with. Some key tasks include: Supporting clients with meal preparation Providing personal care duties and using manual handling equipment when required Administering medication Promoting clients’ health and wellbeing, enabling them to live their life to the fullest They are 100% paperless and use the BIRDIE and CAREPLANNER apps to help you deliver efficient and high-quality care, enhancing both client satisfaction and job fulfillment. Who You Are They are looking for individuals who: Share the same passion and values for supporting others. Have the right to work in the UK. Hold a full UK driving license and have access to their own vehicle. Have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. Are IT competent and comfortable using online applications. Work well in a team. Have a good work ethic and a positive, approachable attitude toward the role and clients.
