CNC Programmer / CNC Operator required to join a leading firm based in Bristol. Our client is a precision engineering company, established for over 50 years that offers bespoke solutions to a wide variety of industries including aerospace, defence, nuclear, medical and many others.
We're currently on the lookout for a skilled CNC Programmer / CNC Operator to join a close-knit friendly team based in Bristol. The ideal candidate should be an experienced CNC Programmer / CNC Operator specifically with aluminium parts.
CNC Programmer Job Requirements:
- Independently programme & operate 3-axis VM20i & 5 axis VMX30Ui CNC Hurco Mills
- Must have experience programming with Fusion 360.
- Conventional Programming in WinMax, using DXF.
- Experience machining aluminium and plastics and free issue parts
- Managing tools and setups.
- Read Technical drawings.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Have a keen eye for detail and good engineering hygiene.
- Reliable and punctual.
CNC Programmer Salary & Benefits:
- Permanent position - Immediate start available
- Salary £40,000 - 45,000 DOE
- Holiday: 25 days holiday plus 8 days bank holiday
- Mon - Fri, 40 hours (alternate weeks- early & late shifts, every other Friday off)
- Early Shift: Monday - Thursday (06:00 - 15:00) Friday (06:00 - 17:30)
- Late Shift: Monday - Thursday (13:30 - 22:45) Friday OFF
