The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

As Concierge your role is of the utmost importance as you are the first and last point of contact for our guests arriving and leaving the Resort. We are looking for someone with a friendly, welcoming attitude who will be focused on delivering outstanding customer service, every time.

This role will require you to perform a number of different tasks ranging from, helping with guest luggage, directing and transferring guests as well as offering recommendations for dining and other activities so you must ensure your knowledge of the resort and surrounding area is continually up to date.

We have a number of guestrooms including Suites, Deluxe & Superior as well as Riverside Cabins, Cottage Suites, and Private Residencies set in the grounds so if you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy meeting new people every day then this could be the role for you! Please apply below.

The Position:

The main responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to;

  • Offering an outstanding level of consistent, friendly, and efficient customer care to all guests and visitors to the Resort.

  • Acting as an ambassador for the Resort and displaying a commitment to enhancing the customer experience.

  • Aiding guests and visitors in various ways such as assisting with luggage, providing directions & information, and any other activities on a given day.

  • Responding to requests for assistance via our internal system HotSOS., We reserve the right to enhance the criteria to aid shortlisting and, in the event, that we receive large numbers of applications only those that are shortlisted will be contacted.
