Weβre looking for a hands-on Product Strategist to partner closely with the Product team to shape and evolve our product portfolio and roadmap. You will lead strategic research efforts across markets, competitors, and emerging technologies while bringing structure and clarity to product planning through data analysis, opportunity sizing, and customer insights. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking with market intuition and who is excited to work at the intersection of crypto, fintech, and emerging infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Support the definition and evolution of our product strategy, roadmap, and portfolio direction.
- Conduct market, ecosystem, and competitive research to identify emerging trends, white space opportunities, and strategic risks.
- Partner with Product Managers to explore new product opportunities, validate assumptions, and structure go or no-go decisions.
- Work cross-functionally to synthesize internal product data, customer feedback, and qualitative research into actionable insights.
- Own and maintain a market intelligence and research stack by producing periodic briefs and strategy documents for internal stakeholders.
- Lead or support the development of business cases and product positioning frameworks.
- Lead the definition and track core product metrics and portfolio KPIs.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Product Strategist, Strategic Researcher, Product Analyst, or a similar role within Tech, Fintech, and Web3.
- Experience conducting strategic research, synthesizing findings, and influencing product direction at a portfolio or roadmap level.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data, frame problems, size opportunities, and derive insights.
- Comfortable creating structured documents, frameworks, and slides to communicate product thinking.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to navigate between Product, Business, and Tech.
- Interest in blockchain, fintech, and developer platforms.
