Job Title: Picker & Packer Location: Uckfield Job Type: Temporary (Ongoing) Pay: Β£12.71 per hour About the Role HRGO Recruitment are looking for reliable Pickers and Packers to join our team within a busy food production packaging department in Uckfield. This role is essential to keeping production running smoothly. Successful candidates will be dependable, punctual, and able to work consistently as part of a fast-paced production team. The position involves working on a food production line folding boxes, inserting sealed ingredients, and ensuring products are packaged accurately and efficiently. Must live in Uckfield or able to travel there. Working Hours Flexible working days available Shifts can be up to 12 hours depending on production demand Start times between 8:00am β 10:00am Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential as the production line relies on every team member being present and ready to work.
