This is an exciting opportunity to take a lead role in managing a substantial and diverse commercial property portfolio, spanning office, retail, leisure, and light industrial assets. This is a hands-on position and you will be responsible for diverse workstreams, including lease renewals, rent reviews, and lettings, as well as being a key liaison with occupiers and internal stakeholders. It offers an ideal platform for a commercially sound surveyor who values both strategic oversight and detailed operational involvement.
