The Retail Security Officer plays a key role in maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and staff.
The officer is responsible for preventing theft, deterring criminal activity, and managing any emergency or conflict situations.
This position requires keen observational skills, quick decision-making abilities, and effective communication to handle various security-related situations., Below is not an exhaustive list and any other reasonable and fair role relevant tasks may be added:

Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.

Providing a visible deterrent within the store.

Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.

Working as part of a team to fulfil customer requirements.

Dealing with any difficult situations that arise in a safe and professional manner.

Excellent communication & customer service skills.

A full five-year checkable employment history.
Salary: £11.47 per hour.
Hours: On average 30 – 44 hours per week, shifts as per site 6 week rolling rota. Monday to Saturday 07:00am – 14:30pm, 14:30pm – 22:00pm & Sunday’s 10:00am – 16:00pm.
