However, for outstanding candidate’s hybrid or remote working within the UK may be an option.** We’re looking for a Lead Pipeline & Tools Engineer to join our talented engineering team. In this role, you’ll lead the development of internal tools, pipeline and workflow that empower our Artists, Designers, and Developers to deliver world-class gaming experiences. You’ll mentor a team of Engineers, drive technical excellence, and ensure the reliable delivery of high-quality tools that streamline workflows and boost productivity across the studio. Lead and mentor the Pipelines & Tools Engineering team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment. Oversee the planning, scoping, and delivery of tools, pipelines and workflows that support all content creation teams using UE5 Ensure high-quality code and robust tools through best practices and automated testing. Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies. Proven experience as a Tools Engineer on one or more AAA titles. Experience with Unreal Engine 4 or 5 pipelines and Tools. Solid understanding of software architecture and engineering best practices. A genuine passion for games and game development. Prior experience in line management or leading engineering teams. Familiarity with supporting hybrid teams. Experience delivering large-scale tools projects across the full development lifecycle.
