Commercial Property Paralegal (London Area)

Are you a commercial property paralegal looking to build a long-term career in a thriving legal environment?

An established, well-respected London law firm is seeking a confident and capable paralegal to join their busy and highly regarded Commercial Property team. Based in Holborn, this full-time, permanent role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior solicitors on a wide range of commercial property and landlord & tenant matters. (This is not a property finance role.)

You’ll be supporting a senior lawyer and contributing to high-quality legal work from day one. The firm is known for its friendly, inclusive culture and offers hybrid working following completion of probation and training.

What they’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a commercial property paralegal, ideally with landlord & tenant exposure

• Someone who is not immediately seeking a training contract – this is a long-term paralegal role

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• A proactive, professional and team-oriented approach

• Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure

Salary: Up to £31,000 depending on experience, plus the potential for bonus-linked targets.
