The Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for a results-driven and technically astute Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle management of our product ranges. This is a high-impact role where you’ll guide both new and existing products, ensuring they meet market needs, manufacturing capabilities, and regulatory standards. You’ll play a central role in shaping the product roadmap, driving innovation, and contributing to the profitable growth of a key business segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage the product roadmap in line with business goals and market trends
- Act as the voice of the customer – gathering insights, conducting site visits, and supporting sales with technical expertise
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and certifications
- Deliver training and technical product support to internal teams
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and competitive positioning
- Conduct market research to assess areas for growth and new markets
- Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing to ensure successful product development and launches
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept through launch to redesign or retirement
- Support the resolution of product-related complaints
