Lime Talent is working with a high-growth, premium FMCG business known for its bold innovation and standout branding within the food and drink sector. As they continue to expand across UK and international markets, they’re looking for a Packaging Project Manager to join the team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, playing a key role in delivering a pipeline of new packaging launches.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced artwork or packaging project manager to join a fast-paced, collaborative environment and make an immediate impact.

The Role:

  • Own and manage the end-to-end artwork process across multiple product ranges, ensuring projects are delivered to critical path timelines.
  • Lead the packaging design sign-off process, working closely with senior stakeholders and design teams to ensure accurate briefing and timely approvals.
  • Oversee the automated artwork management system, acting as the primary contact for the external provider and identifying improvements.
  • Write detailed and accurate artwork briefs for the Brand team and manage multiple rounds of artwork review.
  • Coordinate closely with NPD, Supply Chain, Technical, Design, and external suppliers to ensure packaging is on-brand, accurate and delivered to spec.
  • Track and manage the workload of the Packaging Artworker, adjusting priorities as required to meet business needs.
  • Support print quality and specification management, collaborating with print suppliers and design colleagues.
  • Handle invoicing and support budget re-forecasting for plate and repro charges.

About You:

  • Strong background in packaging or artwork project management, ideally within FMCG or a related consumer goods sector.
  • Able to manage multiple projects at pace, with excellent attention to detail and stakeholder communication.
  • Comfortable using artwork systems and experienced in coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Confident, adaptable and delivery-focused – able to hit the ground running in a short-term role.
