VANRATH are recruiting a Gas Plumber to work on Social Housing maintenance projects for a large, leading Construction Company in Belfast, Northern Ireland. This is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours per week.
Remuneration: £29,259 + van / fuel card / package
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure that the services provided are to the highest quality/standard with due recognition of client and customer requirements and ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with customer care values and Equal Opportunities Policies.
- Participate in a team working approach to the allocation of duties, supporting and working effectively with colleagues to provide good working relationships within the service.
- Planning and prioritising work within recognised safe systems and in accordance with all aspects of health and safety legislation at all times.
The Ideal Person:
- Domestic Gas ACS Elements CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, CPA1, HTR1, MET1, CMDDA1.
- NVQ/City and Guilds Craft Certificate and Advanced Craft Certificate in Plumbing and Heating.
- Must be fully Gas Safe Compliant Qualified.
- Preferably served a Plumbing apprenticeship.
- Experience in Repair and Service in domestic properties is preferable.
- Valid CSR card.
- Professional, proficient, and proactive in approach.
- Capable of working using own initiative but also happy to work as part of a team.
- Able to work calmly under pressure, polite manner.
- Ability to anticipate potential issues and plan accordingly.
- Ability to prioritise and multitask.
- Works efficiently and accurately.
- Organised, Enthusiastic and Motivated.
- Flexible in approach.
- Presentable and professional at all times.
