Position: Senior Claims Adjuster

Location: West Midlands

Industry: Insurance (Casualty Claims)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of complex liability claims, primarily in the UK and Ireland.
• Handle claims exceeding £250,000 in value.
• Maintain oversight of outsourced claims handling.
• ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with referral procedures.
• Act as a point of contact for stakeholders across the business.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Extensive technical claims handling experience in the UK.
• Background in managing high-value and multi-jurisdictional claims.
• Familiarity with Pre-action Protocols, Low Value Personal Injury Portals, CRU, and London Market procedures.
• Strong ethical standards and accountability.
• Willingness to mentor and support the development of team members.
