Talented Quantity Surveyor required with a keen eye for detail. We are working alongside a successful building main contractor based in North West London, with a turnover last year of £150m and expected turnover this year of £190m. They already have a full order book for the majority of next year. The contractor as recently secured a £26m refurbishment scheme in the heart of Mayfair, London. Project involves the extension of the top floors of an existing apartment development into 3 penthouse properties. They are currently trying to resource a talented Project Quantity Surveyor to be site based on the project. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be site based in London’s West End and will be involved in the commercial aspects of a £26m cut and carve refurbishment scheme. Commercial duties will include Subcontract procurement / management of subcontract accounts, costing of direct labour, monthly valuations; profit planning, identification and valuation of variations, detailed monthly cost / value reporting.
