We are recruiting a Head of Asset and Compliance to lead the Asset Team at First Garden Cities Homes.
The successful candidate will lead and manage the Asset and Compliance function ensuring that statutory compliance, maintenance, planned improvement programmes and estate maintenance are carried out to the highest standard. They will also act as a member of the Leadership Team, attend relevant committees and produce high quality reports to present to Board as the accountable person for Asset Services.
This role will be the lead for all asset and compliance related procurement, develop and improve core strategies, policies, processes and systems, ensuring value for money and high levels of resident and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate must have a successful track record in asset management, housing, or a related field, and be an accomplished manager with strong leadership skills. It is desirable to have a statutory compliance/health and safety qualification, leadership qualification or property professional e.g., RICS.
