Role: Dual Registered Manager (Children's Residential Homes)

Area: Walsall

Salary (OTE): £50,000 - £70,000 (depending on experience)

Bonus: Additional bonus payable once successfully registering both solo homes

Start Date: As soon as possible

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous OFSTED inspection experience ESSENTIAL
  • Strong background in managing residential children's homes
  • Experience supporting children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD)
  • Experience in leading a staff team
  • Experience of recruitment, selection and retention
  • Level 5 in management

Key Selling Points:

  • Managing only solo homes (12 young people in total)
  • Excellent HR, administrative, and operational support
  • Dedicated Responsible Individual (RI) available for continuous guidance

This excellent job opportunity is required for an experienced Manager who has previous or current experience of managing a children's home. Overseeing two homes, one based in Walsall and one based in Wolverhampton. The organisation has been established for a few years and has other homes within the West Midlands area.
