We are currently looking for an experienced Head Bartender to join the Food & Beverage team at SCHLOSS Roxburghe Hotel. This is a permanent, full-time position , working 5 days over 7. You must be over 18 years old for this position and available to work evenings and weekends. We offer a competitive salary, plus gratuities* and excellent employee benefits . *Gratuities (tips) are an additional charge added onto services and are paid to all employees on a pro-rata basis regardless of your role. The amount is not guaranteed and is depended on service charge paid. The Head Bartender will support the day-to-day running of the bar at SCHLOSS Roxburghe and ensure the smooth delivery of service to create an exceptional and memorable food and beverage experience.
