The mysterious world of finance processes. If you enjoy working with finance processes, namely mapping existing ones and suggesting ways in which they can be improved, then I’m working with a client who would love to have a chat with you. My client is an SAP consulting firm that operates and markets itself in a unique way.
If you’re working in consulting at this moment in time and any of the following statements apply to you, then it’s worth reading on:
- You feel like a tiny cog in a massive machine
- You’re fed up of your success being aligned with sales targets
- You’re pressured into carrying out work that you know isn’t in your clients' best interests
- Your career development is hindered by a lack of investment in training
- You’re micro-managed
- You haven’t got skin in the game
This is an opportunity to work with some of the most experienced SAP specialists who have decided to challenge the traditional way consulting is done. They offer plenty of remote working, autonomy to manage your own time and workload, and as they’re sector agnostic, you’ll get exposure to a diverse array of organisations.
In addition to a base salary being offered between £80-110,000 for this role, the business has done away with bonuses and are instead giving shares to all new joiners so that you can benefit from the company's success and be directly rewarded for the time and energy you invest.
This particular business would love for you to have worked in an S/4 HANA environment and ideally have some prior experience working in consulting. However, your skillset is in incredibly high demand, so if this is a box you’re still looking to check, then I’d love to hear from you.
