Le poste peut nécessiter des déplacements sur le lieu du projet.

Missions principales

  • Gestion d'équipe
    • Supervise et soutient les consultants et les missions à l'étranger.
    • Supervise les budgets et la rentabilité des missions.
    • Veille à la qualité des services fournis et à la mise en place de correctifs de fonctionnement.
    • Assure une communication de qualité avec les clients.
    • Dirige et appuie l'équipe des opérations.
    • Animer le réseau de consultants.
    • Constituer les équipes pour les missions.
    • Superviser l'administration des ressources humaines et les contrats des consultants.
    • Participer au recrutement des consultants.
    • Planifier les missions.
  • Gestion des opérations
    • Assurer la qualité des services fournis.
    • Assurer la réalisation des missions dans les délais.
    • Garantir le soutien et la continuité des missions.
    • Soutenir l'équipe des opérations dans les périodes de forte activité.
    • Participer à la gestion des crises lors des missions.
  • Gestion financière
    • L'élaboration et le suivi des budgets des missions.
    • Suivi de la facturation en lien avec le Finance officer.
  • Développement & communication
    • L'élaboration de supports de formation et de nouvelles sessions pédagogiques.
    • L'élaboration des supports de communication.
    • Le benchmark.
    • L'élaboration de projets structurants de l'entreprise.

Expérience professionnelle

  • Expérience professionnelle de 3 ans dans la conduite opérationnelle de missions ou de projets.
  • Expérience dans le domaine de la sûreté et de la gestion des risques.
  • Idéalement une connaissance du secteur de l'aide au développement.
