Our client is a nationally recognised, top player within the property industry, and we are looking for their next Assistant Sales Manager to support the team. This role is based in the heart of Marylebone , one of the best property markets in the city. This role will directly report to the Sales Manager, and will be responsible for sourcing new instructions, negotiating fees and assisting with the team management. What You’ll Do: Conducting Accurate Valuations: Use your market knowledge and analytical skills to appraise properties, ensuring accurate and fair valuations to win instructions. Client Relations: Build strong relationships with homeowners, offering expert advice and exceptional customer service throughout the valuation and sales process. Market Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends, local property values, and competitor activity to provide insightful advice and strategies. Business Development: Increase market share & support business development objectives and continued growth in revenue. Team Management: Develop, motivate and train members of the team Negotiation: Skilfully negotiate offers to achieve the best outcomes for our clients and the business. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and inspire confidence.
