Your New Opportunity This role is all about offering support to our transportation team, by completing administration tasks and planning transport management. We\’ll expect you to: Respond to enquiries related to retail bookings, quotes, pallet count requests, customer service issues, carrier communications and escalations, locate and verify PODs for dedicated Pallex carriers. Plan Pallex deliveries, quotes for retail planning and Relay/Arrow schedules; address finance reports on missing transport costs; execute Tus for next day collections and coordinate internal PGIs, including Vendorflex and month end stock clearance. Book transport vehicles ensuring appropriate sizing for pallet counts; manage fixed slot carrier references…
