Are you either an Estimator or have a Quantity Surveying background to join a company where you will have autonomy to make the role your own, grow your own team, and have the opportunity to have a real, tangible impact on the growth of the business?
Do you want a role where you will be seen as a lead figure and the work you do will actually make a difference to the company, as well as having lots of client interaction visiting sites, instead of being stuck behind a desk?
On offer is the chance to join a growing specialist construction company who are really looking to grow over the next 12 months, and work on a range of projects from small housing developments to large scale commercial buildings. This is a very fast paced and varied role. You will spend your time between being in the office and out on sites interacting and building relationships with clients. You will be processing 25-30 quotes on a weekly basis that can be anywhere from £10,000 up to 7 figure projects.
This role would suit a career driven Estimator or QS looking to specialise in Estimating and progress their career within a growing company.
