About the Role: We are looking for experienced and professional Enforcement Agents to join a leading High Court Enforcement Office, delivering market-leading enforcement services across England and Wales. This is a great opportunity to use your skills in a fast-paced, rewarding environment, handling a variety of enforcement duties including the collection of judgment debts, Commercial Rent Arrears Recovery, and Enforcement of Orders for Possession of property and land.
As an Enforcement Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving instructions electronically and making attendances at debtors' addresses
- Collecting and banking payments
- Submitting attendance reports electronically
- Managing the removal of goods where necessary
- Completing relevant paperwork
- Handling telephone calls from debtors
What We're Looking For:
- A full, valid Enforcement Agent certificate
- Strong ethical and professional standards
- Self-motivation and excellent organisational skills
- Outstanding communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
- A full driving licence and the ability to plan a working route effectively
- Computer literacy and the ability to use basic software packages
- A flexible approach to working hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
