They have a reputation for quality builds ensuring the highest quality is maintained throughout the design, build and handover process. Unlike a typical housebuilder their tailor made approach to developments provide an opportunity to have variety and creativity with the role., In this Quantity Surveyor role you will work in Poole in the experienced Commercial department. In this role you will oversee the cost control of residential development, conducting Bill of quantities, take offs and monthly valuations through to final accounts.
