Overview
A leading multi-brand property group is embarking on a major digital transformation programme to implement Salesforce as a centralised CRM platform across multiple European and US markets. This is the first time the business is rolling out a group-wide CRM solution.
Following recent contract signings with Salesforce and a technical delivery agency, the business is now seeking an experienced Salesforce contractor to take a leadership role in supporting the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud. This is a hands-on project delivery role with a strong emphasis on stakeholder management and agency oversight.
The Programme
- 2-year transformation initiative to establish Salesforce as the group CRM platform
- Supporting rollout across the UK, US, Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, and the Netherlands
Role Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between the internal business team and the external Salesforce agency
- Provide oversight and guidance on the technical setup of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud
- Ensure the agency's work meets expectations and best practice standards
- Support the successful rollout of Salesforce across different business units and international markets
- Lead on Marketing Cloud configuration and journey setup (approx. 60-70% of the role)
- Assist with Sales Cloud setup and optimisation (approx. 30-40%)
- Share CRM and Salesforce expertise with internal stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable solutions
- Advise on CRM strategy, marketing automation, customer journeys, and sales processes
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations (essential)
- Strong working knowledge of Sales Cloud
- Ability to manage third-party agencies and ensure high-quality delivery
- Previous experience in multi-brand and/or international rollout projects is a plus
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Confident communicator and advisor to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
