Hours: 7.00 am – 3.00 pm, 2.00 pm – 10.00 pm

Driving Requirement: A valid full UK manual driving license is essential

What will you be doing?

As a Support Worker, you'll be more than just providing support – you'll be a vital part of someone's journey towards living their best life. Your responsibilities include:

  • Daily Care & Support: Assisting with personal care, meal prep, medication, and daily tasks.
  • Building Relationships: Getting to know the individuals you support, understanding their needs, and helping them live independently.
  • Empowering Independence: Supporting personal goals and encouraging exploration.
  • Social Engagement: Facilitating activities like holidays, social events, and hobbies.
  • Respect & Dignity: Treating individuals and their families with respect, dignity, and equality.
