What will you be doing?
As a Support Worker, you'll be more than just providing support – you'll be a vital part of someone's journey towards living their best life. Your responsibilities include:
- Daily Care & Support: Assisting with personal care, meal prep, medication, and daily tasks.
- Building Relationships: Getting to know the individuals you support, understanding their needs, and helping them live independently.

- Social Engagement: Facilitating activities like holidays, social events, and hobbies.
- Respect & Dignity: Treating individuals and their families with respect, dignity, and equality.
