Your key responsibilities

Rocco Forte Hotels is a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of the location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.

You will join our team of outstanding in-house team to deliver flawless service in a world-leading luxury hotel and ensure our guests have a luxury dining experience from the comfort of their bedroom. You will be assisting the manager in meeting the high expectations of our discerning guests. Eager to learn, you will be a confident and adaptable individual able to thrive in a high-pressure dining environment.

As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:

• Oversee and support the daily operations ensuring each guest are genuinely welcomed and pampered during their visit
• Deliver discreet, understated, tailored, and timely service whilst sharing your knowledge and best practice with the team
• Remain focused on delivering excellence and seeking feedback from guests
• Be knowledgeable of the hotel and our products and actively seek opportunities to promote them
• Communicate regularly on the progress of tasks and consistently deliver on time to an excellent standard
• Support the training and the development of the team
