DecommissioningWe are seeking both established and upcoming Decommissioning Study Managers/Project Engineers to join our specialist team, supporting the multi-discipline delivery of decommissioning projects. You will perform a key role in adding value to early-phase project decision-making for our clients. You will work in an integrated collaborative manner to optimise efficiency, simplify interfaces and reduce management burden. Responsibilities will include delivering Comparative Assessments, defining decommissioning philosophies, supporting mature asset decommissioning, producing Decommissioning Programmes and interfacing with clients, regulators and stakeholders.
EnvironmentThe Genesis Environmental Team has around 40 persons in the UK and due to an increasing number of requests for support to delivering Environmental Impact Assessments for offshore projects, we are looking to recruit someone with a keen interest in applying EIA to the assessment of offshore projects. You will work as part of the highly skilled Environmental & ESG Team, supporting a wide range of clients on varied and interesting projects related to the energy industry. Responsibilities will include leading and executing environmental studies related to offshore developments and decommissioning projects (incl. Survey Scoping, Comparative Assessments, Best Available Techniques, and Stakeholder Management).
SubseaWe are seeking a Subsea Decommissioning Engineer specialising in the safe and efficient removal of subsea infrastructure, with a strong background in subsea engineering, decommissioning experience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will support the planning and execution of decommissioning projects, including pipeline and subsea structure removal technical assessment, delivery of Comparative Assessment supporting studies (pipeline status & historic reviews, Materials Inventories etc.) and preparation of subsea Engineering Down and Cleaning Scope of Works. You will work with multi-discipline teams to develop decommissioning strategies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure regulatory compliance.
