Head of Claims Due Dilligence

London – 2 days per week in the office

Finitas have partnered with a fantastic M&A (Re)Insurance business to identify a Head of Technical Due Diligence on a permanent basis.

You will report into the M&A Director and be joining a small team across the globe. The role holder support in the evaluation and due diligence of reinsurance transactions and insurance liability acquisitions.

The role will grow into a manager position where you will get the opportunity to grow the team and lead the technical and claims due diligence across certain transactions.

Experience requirement:

• Excellent level of claims handling technical experience and knowledge
• Strong M&A background
• Technical Re/Insurance and Claims experience
• Exceptional data analytical skills
