On offer:

The role:

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and customer engagement. You’ll support a range of marketing activities including social media content creation, digital campaign management, and lead generation—strategically tailoring content to suit each platform and audience. You will also play a key part in executing high-impact product launches. This role offers a high level of autonomy, giving you the opportunity to contribute fresh, creative ideas to a purpose-driven brand at the forefront of the Food-to-Go sector. You’ll work collaboratively across teams to deliver compelling, results-driven campaigns.

Key responsibilities:

  • Create engaging, on-brand content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, tailored to each platform’s audience.
  • Craft compelling copy for presentations, web content, and PR materials, ensuring alignment with brand tone and responsiveness to current trends.
  • Manage and optimise email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and performance while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
  • Support lead nurturing initiatives, contribute to campaign performance analysis, and assist with proposal decks and point-of-sale (POS) material requests.
  • Stay on top of industry and consumer trends, providing regular insights and reports to help keep the brand ahead of the curve.

The candidate:

Our client is looking for a Marketing Executive with at least 2 years marketing experience—ideally within the FMCG or food & beverage industry, though this isn’t essential. You should be confident working independently, managing campaigns from concept to execution while adapting quickly to changing priorities. Exceptional copywriting skills are a must, with the ability to craft clear, persuasive content under pressure. You’ll also need to be comfortable using tools like Mailchimp and Google Analytics to support campaign performance. Bonus points if you have experience with Adobe Creative Suite, social media scheduling tools such as Social Pilot, and a good grasp of lead generation and inbound marketing strategies.
