The team: The Area Caretaking team are based in Burton upon Trent and work together to keep all our areas and public spaces clean, safe and a pleasant space for all. This hands-on role involves: Working together as a team and being outside in all weathers. Using a variety of tools and equipment to carry out tasks such as conducting litter picks, removal of fly tipped waste, clearance of leaves and moss from pathways, gritting and snow clearance, hedge cutting, shrubbery maintenance and garden clearances. The management, maintenance and cleaning of refuse areas. Producing dynamic risk management and unplanned risk management documentation.
