Assistant Site Manager – Social Housing Planned Works Based in Reading £45k plus package We are working with a leading Social Housing Refurbishment contractor to recruit an Assistant Site Manager to join their team in South East London on a planned kitchen replacement works contract. As the Assistant Site Manager you will supervise and manage the contractors undertaking works, ensuring the works are completed in a safe and efficient manner within stated timescales. You will be responsible for management of sub-contractors, inspecting properties pre and post works, taking progress meetings and overseeing the day to day delivery of the programme.
