The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chairman with demonstrable knowledge and experience of the sector to oversee growth of the business. A demonstrable track record of successful growth in similar or related sectors would be highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a sounding board and mentor for the CEO and executive team
- Help oversee the development of a strategic plan

Candidate Profile
- Proven track record as a previous CEO in leading demonstrable ambitious growth plans with sectoral knowledge.
- Experience of chairing boards or holding senior executive roles within energy or commodity businesses.
- A demonstrated ability to drive growth, manage change, and inspire high-performing teams.
- Previous acquisition experience is highly desirable.
