You’ll be working with a superb, fast growing Managed Service Provider working alongside their support team as a point of escalation for the 1st liner engineers, whilst also having some involvement with the project co-ordination of one of their largest clients. Primary Responsibilities:- Technologies: experience with Azure, 365, Windows, Intune, Entra ID
- Resolving Incidents: Deal with technical problems passed on from 1st line support.
- Keep Systems Running Smoothly: Do regular updates, fix network problems, and apply patches.
- Help Users: Support staff with any problems using their hardware, software, or internet.
- Work with the Team: Support the wider 3rd line support team and help with bigger technical problems or projects.
- Documentation: Log issues, how they were fixed, and any system changes.
We are looking for an impressive 2nd Line Support engineer that would be comfortable sometimes getting involved in project co-ordination for their massive enterprise client.
Secondary Responsibilities:- Plan Projects: Set out what needs to be done and what the goals are.
- Manage Time & Resources: Keep track of time, costs, and make sure the right people are working on the right tasks.
- Lead the Team: Keep everyone on track and working well together.
- Risk Assessment: Notice problems before they happen and plan how to deal with them.
- Oversee Tech Work: Oversee software development, system upgrades, and IT infrastructure projects.
