An exciting opportunity for a senior client relationship executive looking to join a highly recognised law firm sitting in their global client team. You will manage a portfolio of clients, deliver exceptional service and drive growth across various jurisdictions and practices.
The role sits within the wider MBD Team, who are a tight-knit international network and they are looking for someone who is energetic, creative and commercially aware.
Key Duties of the Role Include:

Design and implement effective account strategies and relationship maps

Facilitate and manage systematic client feedback through client-listening

Monitor key industry and client issues by reviewing press releases

Manage and executive global account team coordinator and comms

Create and manage a pipeline and ensure opportunities are recorded accurately on the CRM

Prepare Partners prior to client meetings
The successful candidate will be proactive and self-motivated. You must have excellent communication and project management skills. It is necessary to have account relationship management experience in a B2B environment.
