Recruitment Consultant

Here at Pettigrew Recruitment Group we are delighted to be pushing forward with our expansion plans as we are looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to our team based in Perth to oversee our growing temporary construction division.

We work across a range of Scottish construction sectors, providing technical and professional appointments on a permanent and temporary basis across the country. We are now looking for someone with the drive and enthusiasm to join us for the journey as we look to increase our market share.

As Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting our clients with their temporary recruitment needs. While no two days look the same, typical duties will include:

• Making calls to connect with contacts and generate new business leads.
• Interview jobseekers to continuously enhance / manage network of candidates.
• Identify matches between jobs and potential candidates.
• Screen and shortlist candidates for jobs as appropriate.
• Support candidates and clients through through the interview and aftercare process.
• All associated administration including RTW checks.
