I am currently recruiting for a recognised, large multi-site business based in Birmingham who are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their high performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic business in what is an exciting time of year on year growth.

In this role you will work with the Head of Commercial Finance to support a number of high value, high profile clients working with the operational teams to report on performance, drive up margin, budget and forecast business performance and complete monthly management accounts.

You will:

  • Support, influence and challenge non-financial stakeholders
  • Act as the key financial advisor to managers
  • Analyse and track key financial metrics, including cost-per-activity, inventory costs, and labour efficiency
  • Provide financial modelling and analysis to support strategic initiatives such as expansions, investments, or process changes
  • Work with stakeholders in the preparation and review of budgets and forecasts
  • Work closely with supply chain, operations, procurement, and HR teams to ensure alignment of operational objectives
  • Identify opportunities and risks
  • Provide support to wider team on reporting, queries and analysis

About You:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA or CIMA)
  • Prior experience within a finance business partnering role
  • Experience within retail, supply chain, manufacturing (preferred but not essential)
  • Confident working with stakeholders
  • Ability to work proactively
  • Confident dealing with non-financial stakeholders
