We’re raising the bar for our dedicated coach drivers! Starting May 2025, enjoy an improved pay and benefits package:

  • Annual Compensation & Benefits:
  • Guaranteed Salary: £36,000/year
  • Overtime: £20/hour for additional hours
  • Performance Bonus: Up to £3,600/year (pay monthly £300.00)
  • Extra Season Bonus: £1,500 (for exceptional performance, paid at the end of the season)
  • Other Benefits: Uniform provided before start date
  • Hours tracked via digital tachograph
  • Professional training provided
