A leading consultancy is seeking an Associate-level Building Surveyor to join its London-based infrastructure team. This is a great opportunity to work on high-profile public and private sector projects in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.

The job will entail leading a variety of building surveying and project management duties, with a focus on client delivery, team support, and business development across key sectors such as education, healthcare, local authorities, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver full-suite building surveying and contract administration services.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure quality delivery across multiple projects.
  • Lead pre- and post-contract project management duties using JCT/NEC contracts.
  • Support junior surveyors and contribute to APC training and mentoring.
  • Undertake professional services including due diligence, defect analysis, and condition surveys.
  • Work with internal teams on frameworks, fee proposals, and pipeline development.
What We're Looking For:
  • MRICS qualified with a degree in Building Surveying.
  • Strong consultancy background with project and professional services experience.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Commercially aware and confident leading project delivery teams.
  • Comfortable managing frameworks, fee proposals, and client reporting.
  • Proficient in MS Office; awareness of BIM is beneficial.
