A successful Law Firm in the City of London is looking for a proactive, diligent and experienced Legal PA to provide a high level of comprehensive support to a busy senior practice team. Please note: this is a fast-paced Legal PA role and therefore we are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary / Legal PA, not a Legal Assistant / Paralegal.

Key responsibilities as the Legal PA will include:
- Proactive diary and email management
- Arranging internal and external meetings and conference calls
- Booking training and courses
- Organising travel bookings and producing detailed itineraries
- Liaising with clients and maintaining professionalism at all times
- Assisting with new business enquiries
- File / matter management and managing matters
- Preparation and management of documentation
- Billing and financial management - assisting fee earners with billing procedures
- Processing expenses and assisting with time recording
- Updating the CRM database

What we’re looking for:
- Previous Legal PA / Legal Secretary experience is essential, ideally in a busy legal practice area
- Experience working for partners and a number of busy fee earners at the same time is sought
- Ability to achieve high standards in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take initiative, delegate well and remain calm under pressure
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced PC skills
- Knowledge of document management systems, Aderant accounting package and digital dictation (BigHand) would be beneficial
- Dynamic and driven nature
